At Vestee, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please review our policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including final sale items, gift cards, and any items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
2. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@vestee.store with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
4. Exchanges for Wrong Sizes
- Size Exchange Eligibility: If you need to exchange an item due to ordering the wrong size, please contact us within 15 days of the delivery date at support@vestee.store.
- Exchange Process: Our customer service team will assist you in exchanging your item for the correct size, subject to availability. If the desired size is not available, you may choose to receive a refund or select a different item of equal value.
- Shipping for Exchanges: Vestee will cover the shipping costs for the first exchange of an item due to wrong size. For any subsequent exchanges, customers will be responsible for the shipping costs.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- Report a Problem: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@vestee.store with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
- Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost or provide a full refund, including original shipping costs.
6. Incorrect Items
- Report a Mistake: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@vestee.store.
- Resolution: We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost. We will also cover the return shipping cost for the incorrect item.
